Basics
Prediction Market
A betting market where you bet on the outcome of future events. Odds reflect the estimated probability of the event occurring. On 2Sabi, prediction markets cover politics, sports, entertainment, crypto, and more. You bet against the house, not other users.
Binary Market
A betting market with exactly two outcomes: YES or NO. You bet on whether an event will happen (YES) or not (NO). The odds tell you how likely the outcome is and how much you can win.

The House
In 2Sabi's model, you bet against the house (the platform), not against other users. This is different from peer-to-peer platforms like Polymarket or Kalshi. The house guarantees liquidity and sets fair odds, meaning you can always place a bet.
Betting
YES Bet
A bet that the event will happen. If you bet YES and the event occurs, you win based on the odds at the time you placed your bet. If the event doesn't happen, you lose your stake.
NO Bet
A bet that the event will NOT happen. If you bet NO and the event doesn't occur, you win based on the odds. NO bets are the inverse of YES bets — if you think the crowd is wrong, bet NO.
Odds
The probability and potential payout for a bet. On 2Sabi, odds are set by the house and reflect how likely an outcome is. Higher odds mean less likely outcomes but bigger potential payouts. Odds update as new information becomes available.
Volume
The total amount of money (in Naira) that has been bet in a particular market. Higher volume generally indicates more interest and a more popular market.
Stake

Payout

Decimal Odds
